  • Your name, email address, phone number and postcode
  • Details about your project, including your timescale and any project notes
  • Any plans, drawings or images you choose to upload
  • Any additional information you send us by email, phone or post

When you request the brochure, we collect your name and email address, and record the date, the brochure version, your privacy acknowledgement and whether you chose to receive marketing emails.

Our hosting provider processes limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and device information, to deliver the website and protect it against misuse.

3. How we use your information and lawful basis

We use your personal data to:

  • Prepare and provide a design and quotation for your next125 kitchen (lawful basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract)
  • Process your brochure request and issue a temporary download link (lawful basis: legitimate interests in providing the information you asked for)
  • Communicate with you about your enquiry, order or aftercare (lawful basis: contract or legitimate interests)
  • Comply with our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations (lawful basis: legal obligation)

Submitting an enquiry or requesting the brochure does not add you to a marketing list. We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Marketing communications

We will only send you next125 marketing emails if you have separately opted in, or where we are otherwise permitted to do so under UK law. Opting in is optional and is never a condition of receiving the brochure or a quotation.

The lawful basis for marketing emails is your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us through our contact form or by post to German Kitchen Specialist Ltd, Unit 6, Blaydon Business Centre, Blaydon-on-Tyne, Tyne and Wear, NE21 5TW, United Kingdom. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

5. Sharing your information

  • The manufacturer of next125 kitchens (Schüller Möbelwerk KG, Germany) and accessory or fitting suppliers, where necessary to prepare a quotation or fulfil an order
  • Trusted service providers who help us run our business (such as website hosting, secure data storage and email) under written data processing agreements
  • Professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement where required by law

6. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK (for example to the next125 manufacturer in Germany), we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep your information

  • Brochure-only registrations are kept for six months and then automatically deleted.
  • Enquiry data, including any uploaded plans, is kept for 24 months from your last interaction with us and then automatically deleted.

10. Cookies and visit statistics

This website uses only the essential storage needed to run the site. It does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies, and our visit statistics store nothing on your device. If we introduce analytics cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

To understand which pages help people find us, we count visits without cookies. For each page viewed we record the page address, the website or campaign link that brought you here, your browser type and an anonymous daily visit code. The code is created by irreversibly scrambling your network address and browser details with a secret value; it changes every day and your network address itself is never stored. When you send an enquiry, we also note the page you sent it from and the website or campaign link that brought you to us. We rely on our legitimate interests in running and improving this website for this.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.
