Price group 4

Combining fronts

Many kitchens combine a gloss front with wood or matt fronts. Each front is priced by its own price group.

Cabinet schedule and carcase heights

The number, width and height of base, wall and tall units drive the total. next125 plans on a 125 mm grid with a choice of carcase heights and depths, including the new 61 cm deep carcase; taller carcases, tall units and islands add storage and change the specification.

LumiQ lighting (optional)

next125’s LumiQ lighting can be added to wall units, niches, shelving, grip ledges and plinths. It is optional, and positions, zones and switching are agreed cabinet by cabinet as part of your design.

Interior accessories

Drawer organisers, Flex-Box inserts, cutlery and spice inserts, pull-outs, pantry fittings and corner solutions are chosen to suit how you cook and store, and each is listed in your quotation.

Specialist features

Tall-unit pocket doors, the top-unit pocket system, swivel-door wall units, Frame Wall shelving, niche systems such as cube and matching living-space pieces add function and character, and are quoted individually.

The front in focus

NX 501 front construction & surface.

Polished 2K PUR lacquer

A two-component polyurethane high-gloss lacquer is applied over a styrene-free polyester filler, then the front and edges are polished.

Rounded edges

All edges have a 3 mm radius. This gives the polished surface a soft outline instead of a sharp edge.

MDF core, 20 mm

The front is built on high-quality MDF, with a melamine resin-coated rear side in a matt coloured lacquer.

Same next125 system

NX 501 uses the same carcases, 125 mm grid and fittings as every other next125 range.

Living with your kitchen

Caring for NX 501 fronts.

High-gloss lacquer is easy to wipe but needs gentle care to keep its shine. These points are general guidance.

Soft cloth only

Use a soft, lint-free cloth with a little lukewarm water, and dry the surface to avoid streaks.

No abrasives

Scouring pads, abrasive creams and microfibre cloths with hard fibres can scratch a polished surface.

Avoid solvents

Do not use solvent, alcohol-based or aggressive household cleaners on lacquer.

Follow your kitchen’s instructions

The care instructions supplied with your kitchen take priority over general guidance.

Common questions

next125 NX 501 kitchens: your questions answered.

Practical information about the range, finishes and your next steps.

What is next125 NX 501?

How much does a next125 NX 501 kitchen cost?

NX 501 is in next125 price group 4, so it sits in our mid tier. Your price depends on the size of the kitchen, carcase heights, interior accessories and lighting, and is quoted individually.

What is the difference between crystal white and brilliant white?

They are two different whites. Brilliant white is the brighter, purer white; crystal white is the white shared with other next125 ranges. Compare physical samples side by side.
