Colours and natural grain may vary from the screen. Confirm your preferred finish with a physical sample.
NX 670 is available in Elegant light oak bianco and Natural walnut. Review the grooved surface in a physical sample alongside your lighting and worktop. The walnut pocket-system example includes separate NX 912 glass fronts; the oak example’s marble-effect worktop is ceramic, not an NX 670 front finish.

next125 NX 670 prices: what shapes your quotation?
NX 670 is quoted to your design, not sold as a fixed package. Price group 11
NX 670 is in next125 price group 11, in our highest tier. The front’s price group is the starting point for every cabinet, so compare quotations on the same range and finish.
Grooved-front cabinet schedule
Tall doors, drawers and island fronts create different compositions of vertical texture. Agree the cabinet sizes, selected wood finish and complementary fronts so quotations compare the same design.
Cabinet schedule and carcase heights
The number, width and height of base, wall and tall units drive the total. next125 plans on a 125 mm grid with a choice of carcase heights and depths, including the new 61 cm deep carcase; taller carcases, tall units and islands add storage and change the specification.
LumiQ lighting (optional)
next125’s LumiQ lighting can be added to wall units, niches, shelving, grip ledges and plinths. It is optional, and positions, zones and switching are agreed cabinet by cabinet as part of your design.
Interior accessories
Drawer organisers, Flex-Box inserts, cutlery and spice inserts, pull-outs, pantry fittings and corner solutions are chosen to suit how you cook and store, and each is listed in your quotation.
Specialist features
Tall-unit pocket doors, the top-unit pocket system, swivel-door wall units, Frame Wall shelving, niche systems such as cube and matching living-space pieces add function and character, and are quoted individually.
About the next125 NX 670 range.
Best suited to
- Architectural kitchens with tactile, fluted wood character
- Open-plan spaces connecting cabinetry and living-room storage
- Projects where daylight and planned lighting reveal surface texture
- Individually specified kitchens, with or without a pocket system
NX 670 reinterprets wood through fine vertical grooves. Oak and walnut bring distinct natural character, while the repeated surface texture creates an architectural rhythm. The manufacturer shows both a conventional island kitchen and a concealed pocket-system composition within a living space.
The range’s precise, cubic proportions reflect next125’s Bauhaus-inspired design. The photographs show possible layouts and storage details, rather than a fixed package or a limitation on your choice of finish.
German Kitchen Specialist Ltd focuses on next125, combining personal, premium service with a distinct specialist price advantage. Ask for a quotation based on your own room, layout and specification, rather than a standard package price.

NX 670 front construction & surface.
Fine vertical grooves
The manufacturer describes NX 670 as a wooden front with vertical grooves. The repeated lines give an otherwise clean front a tactile, almost pictorial appearance, rather than the flat surface of NX 640 or the surrounding frame of NX 660.
Texture shaped by light
Light falling across the grooves brings out their relief. Consider the direction of daylight and planned lighting when reviewing a sample; the surface can read differently across tall doors, drawers and adjoining panels.
Wood with individual character
Oak and walnut bring natural grain and tonal variation beneath the repeating groove pattern. The front is not a printed wood-effect finish, and natural variation is part of its character rather than an identical repeat across every door.
Fronts are distinct from complementary surfaces
The walnut planning example combines NX 670 with NX 912 glass fronts. The oak example uses a Systemo ceramic worktop in Marble Dolomiti effect. Neither the glass nor the ceramic belongs to the NX 670 wood-front palette.

Choosing your NX 670 wood finish.
Compare the lighter oak and warm walnut against your floor, worktop and lighting. Real wood grain varies naturally; a physical sample helps you judge the texture and tone without assuming every door will look identical.
Elegant light oak bianco
A lighter oak character for a brighter interpretation of the grooved surface. Review it with pale or contrasting worktops and the room’s daylight.
- Elegant light oak biancoF628
Natural walnut
A warmer walnut character for a richer architectural composition. The manufacturer shows it on a pocket system and alongside living-space shelving.
- Natural walnutF685
The current NX 670 manufacturer collection lists these two finishes. Colours shown for NX 640 or NX 660 are not automatically available on NX 670.
Caring for NX 670 grooved wood fronts.
Gentle, material-specific care helps protect the wood surface. These points draw on the manufacturer’s wood-front guidance; the instructions supplied with your installed kitchen take priority.
Gentle wood-front cleaning
Manufacturer guidance for wood fronts recommends a soft, lint-free cloth with a little lukewarm water. Wipe along the grain and dry thoroughly afterwards. The instructions supplied with your exact installed finish take priority.
Keep moisture out of the grooves
Do not soak the front or leave water standing in the textured surface or along panel edges. Use gentle pressure and a soft cloth rather than scrubbing the relief with abrasive tools.
Check products before treating marks
Do not assume oils, polishes or products for solid timber furniture suit a kitchen front. For persistent marks, consult the supplied care instructions or ask us before experimenting.
Treat each surface separately
Wood, glass, worktops and niche fittings require their own care. A cleaner suited to the marble-effect ceramic worktop is not automatically suitable for an NX 670 grooved wood front.

next125 NX 670 kitchens: your questions answered.
Practical information about the range, finishes and your next steps.
What is next125 NX 670?
NX 670 is the next125 wood-front range with a fine vertical grooved surface. Its tactile, architectural texture brings light and shadow to contemporary kitchen cabinetry and living-space storage.
Which NX 670 finishes are available?
The current manufacturer collection lists F628 Elegant light oak bianco and F685 Natural walnut. Both have the NX 670 grooved surface; finishes from other wood ranges should not be assumed available here.
How much does a next125 NX 670 kitchen cost?
Your kitchen is individually quoted. Cabinet sizes, complementary fronts, pocket mechanisms, internal storage and lighting affect the final specification and price.
How does NX 670 differ from NX 640 and NX 660?
NX 670 has a vertically grooved wood surface. NX 640 offers an unframed elegant oak veneer front, while NX 660 adds a fine design frame. Each range has its own available finish palette.
Can I choose NX 670 without a pocket system?
Yes. The manufacturer also shows NX 670 as a conventional kitchen with tall units and an island. A pocket system is a planning feature, not a requirement of the front range.
How do I start an NX 670 kitchen design?
Use the enquiry form with your contact details, UK postcode and project timeline. Plans and project notes are optional. We can discuss a considered design and an individual specialist quotation.
Is the dark marble-effect worktop natural marble?
In the manufacturer’s oak planning example, it is Systemo ceramic in Marble Dolomiti effect. Worktops are specified separately; the appearance of the photographed surface does not define the NX 670 front material.
Are the concealed kitchen interiors also NX 670?
The manufacturer’s walnut pocket-system example combines NX 670 grooved Natural walnut with NX 912 matt glass fronts. These are separate front ranges within one mixed-material design.
Can NX 670 connect a kitchen with living-room storage?
The manufacturer shows the grooved wood fronts alongside open and closed shelving in a living space, as well as on a pocket system. These are planning possibilities: dimensions, fittings and lighting are agreed individually.
Will the grooves and grain look identical on every door?
The grooved texture provides a repeated vertical rhythm, but real wood introduces natural grain and tonal variation. Review a physical sample and discuss adjoining fronts and lighting as part of your design.
How should I clean NX 670 grooved wood fronts?
Follow the care instructions for your installed finish. Manufacturer wood-front guidance recommends a soft cloth, a little lukewarm water, wiping along the grain and drying thoroughly. Avoid soaking the textured surface or using abrasive tools.
